In place of HandiSafe, I would highly recommend the following Palm applications: YAPS (Yet Another Password Safe). Which is freeware and runs on Palm OS 3.0 or higher.

And the one which I currently use, which has both handheld and Desktop components:
SplashID Supports all handheld models running Palm OS 3.1 or later.
